PLASMA BARRIER TECHNOLOGY
Agriplas-Sotralentz Packaging have developed an innovative and exclusive barrier treatment solution with a partner: PLASMA treatment.
This treatment, carried out online after blowing, covers the internal walls of the packaging, giving it excellent “barrier” properties. This technology preserves all the physical properties of processed packaging.
APPROVAL ONE
Plasma treated packaging is mostly UN-approved. The thin layer placed on the inside surface of the packaging does not interfere with the approval of UN products.
Recyclability
The thin layer placed on the inside surface of the package does not alter the raw material. Like any HDPE package, the container is 100% recyclable.
FOOD CONTACT
The results of Robinson tasting and global migration tests carried out on these packages show that the Plasma treatment is safe for food contact.
